HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee Engineering 2025: Eligibility Requirements
- Age Limits:
Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 30-05-2025.
Relaxation:- 5 years for SC/ST
- 3 years for OBC-NC
- 10 years for PwBD (VH/HH/OH)
- Educational Qualification:
Engineering Graduation in one of the specified branches (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Computer Science/IT) completed on or after 01-04-2022.
Minimum aggregate marks:- 60% for General/OBC-NC/EWS candidates
- 50% for SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH) candidates
Must be registered and approved on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0) portal and the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT).

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS): General Conditions

- Monthly stipend ₹25,000 (₹20,500 paid by HPCL + ₹4,500 paid directly by Government of India under DBT)
- No guarantee of employment after completion of an apprenticeship
- Apprentice training locations are pan-India; candidates must be willing to relocate
- Submission of valid caste and disability certificates is mandatory for reserved category benefits
- Discrepancies or false information lead to disqualification or termination of the apprenticeship
- No canvassing allowed; candidates caught canvassing will be disqualified
- Travel reimbursement provided for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for interview if applicable (2nd class rail fare, conditions apply)
