Application Process for RailTel Recruitment 2025
You can apply only through the official website, www.railtel.in.
The application process will be completed in two steps:
Step I: Visit the official RailTel website and register your details, including contact details. You will receive the User ID and password via email to your Registered Email Address and Mobile Number.
Step II: Re-Login.
- Navigate to the “Careers” section.
- Click on the relevant recruitment notification.
- Fill in the application form with accurate details.
- Upload necessary documents.
- Pay the application fee through the provided payment gateway.
- Apply and take a printout for future reference.
Application Fee: Rs. 600/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates and Rs. 1200 for all other applicants. The SC/ST/PwBD candidates will receive a refund of their fees once they appear for the written test.
Selection Process
The applicants should meet the requisite eligibility in all respects. The selection process has 3 stages

- Interview
Online Test – Structure of the Test and Syllabus
The online test will assess candidates’ professional knowledge, educational qualifications, and responsibilities, including general knowledge, numerical ability, reasoning, and aptitude.

The minimum qualifying percentage of marks for the online test is 60%. The selection committee will call three times the number of vacancies for respective posts based on the merit list from the test.
Final selection will be based on the candidates’ performance in the interview
